This is interesting, and might explain all the trolls and Obots desperately trying to bury the eligibility issue.

From p.14 "Conspiracy Theories" by CASS R. SUNSTEIN

Full paper here

II. Governmental Responses

What can government do about conspiracy theories? Among the things it can do, what should it do? We can readily imagine a series of possible responses: (1)Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories. (3) Government might itself engage in counterspeech, marshaling arguments to discredit conspiracy theories. (4) Government might formally hire credible private parties to engage in counterspeech. (5 Government might engage in informal communication with such parties, encouraging them to help. Each instrument has a distinctive set of potential effects, or costs and benefits, and each will have a place under imaginable conditions.

However, our main policy idea is that government should engage in cognitive infiltration of the groups that produce conspiracy theories, which involves a mix of (3), (4) and (5).

QED, I think, and greetings to all paid trolls and Obots!

I welcome are new infiltrators for one,it is fair conspiracy groups should also try to infiltrate government groups. If we keep are facts strait we could convince the infiltrators were are right.
There are conspiracy groups that are total nuts. These should just be ignored for the most part. People tend not to rally around leaders wearing tin foil hats. Some effort should be taken to help people caught in death cults like Heaven’s Gate cult. The real problem is that there is too many in government wearing tin foil hats. Global warming types amongst them.

The Difference Between Marxofacism and Conservativism:

Marxofacists: “The Bush government was behind the 9/11 attacks!”

Conservatives. “Whatever. You guys are idiots.”

Conservatives: “Obama needs to show his birth certificate.”

Marxofacists: “The government and media need to infiltrate your organizations, launch a massive propaganda campaign against you, and prosecute you for crimes against the state!”

Finally got around to a Truth Tax. To Democrats the Truth is a conspiracy and to many Republican RINOS.

The truth is that her writings are in themselves "conspiracy theories"! Thereby she is exposing herself as a "Conspirator". Planning or advising one to secretly subvert another's organization would constitute a conspiracy. ------ con·spir·a·tor    –noun a person who takes part in a conspiracy; plotter.

Sunstein is a statist tyrant. He would fit nicely in North Korea or Communist China. Those are places that share his values.

Bump!

Shows how much the Communists adhere to the First Amendment.

Not at all. Given power they will always attempt to destroy American's rights and liberties.

Go to Craigslist.com and click on Politics, there are literally a dozen paid Soros/Media Matters posters on there 24/7.

They put up graphs and charts that Obama doesn’t spend money, that we are in a recovery, that Palin is dumb, etc.

The Soros cash loves to push Marxism, funny, he made all his cash in Capitalism...irony.

Just ignore this. There are other more important things to worry about right now than worrying about what the government might do in the future to ferret out such theorists.
After all, it's for the children and the government's perpetuity, don't ya know!

Cass Sunstein recommends government infiltration of conspiracy groups

And I "recommend" institutionalization of pathological control freaks, like Sunstein.
