I don't know where he's working but probably not a law office. He's been disbarred. He can't re-apply for his law license until 2012.
Is the decedent white? It's presumptively attempted rape only if the accused is white and the accuser black. If the deceased if black, no such presumption.
BTW, Both Nifong and Epstein knew of this woman's mental health history, previous criminal record, and her history of false complaints when they went after the Duke men.
In regard to the local and national MSM, they certainly cannot be expected to apologize for this when they still maintain that Alger Hiss and the Rosenbergs were innocent.

Crystal’s many victims deserve our prayers. Her family? They lied repeatedly to cover up her crimes. A decent family would have taken custody of her children rather than leaving them to be exposed to drugs, prostitution and who knows what else.
Are you aware that when they did the DNA analysis on Crystal they were able to identify more than 15 separate men she had been with in the prior three days? Of course they never released the identities of her many johns. According to her ‘driver’ she was doing tricks the afternoon of the Duke encounter.
My town didn’t have prostitution, drugs, crime or corruption on the scale that Durham seems to have. The police chief didn’t disappear for a year while still on the payroll. Our DA did play handball every day with the local Mafia boss but he was no Nifong.

Perhaps it was not as bad as RD, but it certainly did. It's just that the officials in your town of the functional 1950s knew how to maintain order, and the law. In that order. In fact, in the days before widespread drug use, if their "business" were not overly interfered with and stayed within agreed bounds, the Mafia could do both, and often did. Simple god-fearing folk need not even acknowledge that they existed, much less deal with them.
With drugs in the picture, and a 50%+ "minority" population, left-wing municipal governments, permissive Affirmative Action Law Enforcement Agencies, massive welfare benefits, 85% illegitimacy rates, collapsed and corrupt public schools, etc. many towns have neither law nor order. Betcha Raleigh-Durham has more murders in a month than your old Mafia hometown had in 10 years.

There are worse people such as former prosecutor Wendy Murphy (is she still commenting on Fox-I don’t have Cable anymore). @least Jesse Jackson said that he was relieved the Duke boys were cleared on Bill O’Reilly’s show after he learned of their innocence. But Wendy Murphy doesn’t care if men accused of rape are innocent as she proved this with the Duke case. Gloria Allred is another lawyer who doesn’t care if innocen men accused of rape & domestic violence are convicted. Yes, Crystal Gayle Mangum must be judged by the facts surrounding this murder. But she should’ve gone to prison before & should’ve gotten a long prison sentence after she was found guilty of child abuse.
Except if the perp is a woman, who may claim it was self-defense or an uncontrollable response to a pattern of abuse, or similar BS.
