I don’t know your gender, but if someone waved a Photoshop of your spouse appearing in a jar of pee in your face, wouldn’t you take that as fighting language?
It would certainly be rude, but fighting language as such? Possibly, but I would point out that the example in question (Piss Christ) for which you are making an analogy was not waved in anyone's face...it was simply displayed in an art gallery.
In any case, it's a very different thing to insult someone who's actually alive (or recently so) and directly related to someone as opposed to a historic or mythological figure who in any case has been dead for millennia.
