The ad is bogus on two counts.
Constitution XXII deals with term limits.
Sec 1401 defines citizens and naturals. Sec 1401 does not define Natural Born Citizens.

The Constitution has different requirements for Congress/Senate, versus the President. The definitions are different, for good reason

Sec 1401 defines citizens and naturals.
You need to take a step back to Title 8 itself. It's ALIENS AND NATIONALITY. Everything in that Title pertains to aliens, not citizens, 'cause a citizen doesn't have to be naturalized and Congress doesn't have the ability to pass such laws!
Congress was granted the power to establish laws governing naturalization.
Resort to Title 8 only reinforces the belief that he was naturalized.
A bad move, IMO.

" The ad is bogus on two counts. '

Isn't that considered false advertisement ? and can they be penalized for it under their state's law ?
