Paul Ryan denied it on CBS this morning. Somebody’s bending the truth and I’m pretty sure it’s Geitner and his crew.

We shall see if this is true or not. But I, for one, wouldn’t be at all shocked if it were.

What does a default on the debt mean? If it means we don’t pay it what will happen? Will China and the Saudis cause world wide trouble? Duh.

I guess that he does since Ryan and boehner have said that they are not going to let America default. Palin and Rush have talked about this very thing. They eliminate letting the government be shutdown by obama as a weapon and now this. They have nothing left in their arsenal to force change... except to say, “Any raising the debt limit must be accompanied by serious budget and spending cuts”. I can guarantee you that we will see more of the smoke and mirrors accounting tricks of the recent CR used here again. Yeah... this time we will be told that we will have 1.8 Trillion dollars in cuts but in reality it will be 3 to 4 billion tops. High fives all around... then off to elect mitt. We must stop them cold.

Geithner looks like Eddie Haskel.
Probably just as slimy, too.

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner says Republican leaders have privately assured the Obama administration that Congress will raise the government's borrowing limit in time to prevent an unprecedented default on the nation's debt. Don't believe it. This was simply delivered as a hoped for self-fulfilling prophecy.

The republicans need to tell Obama, they’ll raise the debt ceiling after he signs Ryan’s budget, in tack.

The GOP is a bunch of liars, just like the Dems. We’ve been had and I don’t think it can be saved. Might as well sit back and enjoy the show.

I have come to the same conclusion.
