Following the political debut of daughter Ivanka earlier this week on Hannity, Donald Trump dropped by Larry King Live to talk the topic du jour, Arizonas immigration law, and give it his seal of approval. While he admitted that there are a lot of great people coming in, he called a boycott on the state ridiculous and made the astute observation that, well, Mexico doesnt have a lot of blonds.
Trump expressed the most concern regarding the increased crime rate in Arizona, noting that there are killings all over the place, shootings all over the place there now and that the law was a direct result of the federal government not coming out with a law.
He also expressed dismay at the possible boycotts against Arizona, including that instituted on San Francisco city officials by Mayor Gavin Newsom. And while he stopped short of endorsing racial profiling, he is in favor of getting them out if people come into the country illegally.
Seems he's ahead of the GOP elite on this issue as well.
He's certainly willing to take on the tough one's.
While he has my respect and gratitude, he hasn't convinced me to vote for him yet.

Trump is a spoiler don’t fall for it
And when he was on with BOR last week he said we should pick and choose which illegals get to continue breaking the law. He’s also said we should let business make that determination.
That's because he has nothing to lose.
He will NEVER be POTUS.
From what I can discern at this time, it's the GOP establishment that's the spoiler right now.
Absolutely gutless and derelict in their duties to preserve and protect the constitution.
Sure, Trump is a showboat and has some positions I'm adamantly opposed to (Eminent Domain etc.), but he taking the fight to the left and he's drawing blood.
I really like that and am grateful for his courage and tenacity.
Trump appears to have the zeal of the newly converted in any case ~ interesting how a conservative point of view can just fall together so naturally. In contrast it took several centuries to come up with the distortion called Leftwingtardism!
Well you have to give the man a way-to-go on this one:
I no longer trust the GOP any more than the RATS.
While he may be getting his patriot wings back in order, I could in no way support his candidacy, especially as he calls himself a Republican. My opinion is he is nothing more than another Bloomberg. But if his new found patriotic bent is to show a bit of testecular fortitude, have at it. Nobody else in the Republican leadership seems to have the DNA for it.
I must however make a few exceptions, especially in that of Allen West, Paul Ryan, Jim DeMint, et al.
.... “he stopped short of endorsing racial profiling ...”
Is Mexican a race or a nationality? Or is calling Mexican a “race” a gimmick to help sustain the notion that there is not and must not be an international border between present-day Mexico and its former northern provinces?
I would appreciate it if you would provide some sort of link...substantiation.
I don't want to be misled.
BINGO.

Trump is saying things that make conservatives salivate...No way would I vote for him..I think he is helping the Usurper to get re-elected, IMHO.
Look up the transcript yourself.
at this point, it looks like you’re more of a spoiler than Trump.
Trump’s own audio clips from Mark Levin show.
Devastating in my opinion, and I’m sad to say they were a real eye-opener to me. Decide for yourself. This is really, really not good.

Highlights:
In his own book, “America We Deserve”, Trump writes, “We must have universal healthcare. I’m a conservative on most issues but a liberal on this one. We should not hear so many stories of families ruined by healthcare expenses.”
Kiss your freedom goodbye.
He gave no support whatsoever to the Tea Party and attended not a single rally, but donated to their opponents: Schumer, Weiner, Harry Reid, etc.
Donald Trump says he adores Nancy Pelosi and can’t understand why she didn’t do more to impeach the “evil” (his word) George Bush for “lying” to get us into Iraq.
Donald Trump says he can’t understand why John Kerry didn’t win in 2004, since Bush was so “wrong” on the war.
Trump said that George Bush was the worst president ever, although now he has changed his story to say Obama and Carter were the worst.
Don’t be fooled by this guy.
They said similar things about Reagan incidentally. Passed him off as a joke as I recall. The country had other ideas however.
Trump is into self promotion. Nothing wrong with that and he’s about the best at it.
Thing is, that is his depth.
He ain’t running and doesn’t have a core.
I don’t have a problem with his “Bush is a Disaster...”, Clinton is a Disaster....”, “Bush is a Disaster...”, “MuBarak Obama is a Disaster and may be a Kenyan...(sic)”.
Frankly, I haven’t cared for one president in my lifetime except for Reagan.
This is a link to the interview. The illegal immigration portion begins at 3:10, and ands at 4:10. He says that he wants to militarize the border and look at illegals on a case by case basis. There is no mention of business in that segment, whatsoever, but cripple may have been referring to a different interview (I think the Meredith interview, because I DO vaguely recall him saying something about business needs coupled with immigration in that interview. Something about “Great minds, hard workers, etc.”)
