HELSINKI (AFP) - Finns began voting in general elections Sunday after a campaign marked by the meteoric rise of the nationalist True Finns party, which is expected to send parliament lurching to the right.
...
The populist, nationalist, immigration-averse True Finns, who are adamantly opposed to European Union bailouts, have meanwhile seen their 4.1 percent tally from the last elections in 2007 balloon to nearly 20 percent in recent polls, although the latest survey put it at 15.4 percent, or fourth place.

The True Finns party is anti-EU, anti-EU-bailout, and anti-Muslim-immigration. It is currently uncertain as to whether they will get enough seats to block Finnland's participation in the bailout of Portugal. If they manage to block the bailout, then this is the beginning of the end of the EU.
They have the pro-EU people worried. A big victory for the Right here may have a domino effect throughout Northern Europe

Islamofascists tried to force the birds to obey Sharia law and now they are very VERY ANGRY! They retaliate by dropping dead pigs on their mosques.

Good news, although the EU has a history of demanding re- voting until they get the desired result.

Boston.com is reporting:
Finland has pledged some euro8 billion ($11.5 billion) in guarantees of a total euro440 billion ($634 billion) in the eurozone's main bailout fund. But those likely will increase significantly as the currency union completes a promised boost of the fund's lending capacity.
$11.5B, from a country with a population of five-and-a-half million people. That's over $2K for every man woman and child.

BusinessWeek reports that any bailout of Portugal (or any other EU country) requires unanimous consent among the 17 countries using the Euro. Any one country saying NO will crash the system.
The system is destined to crash anyway. If it doesn't crash with Portugal, then it will crash when it's Italy's turn. I think the banksters and elites are just trying to hold off the crash long enough for THEM to find a safe harbor for their assets.
The magnitude of the stakes will make me unsurprised if we start hearing noises of vote fraud later today. Polls close at 1700GMT (12pm EST, 9am PST).

The Free Trade Communist heads must be spinning....a notoriously Liberal and Globalist Finland is bucking the Liberal, Statist, Free Trader, and Globalist EU and its Bailouts.
With Trump surging in popularity in the US, and people in EU member nations in near open revolt with the EU....the Free Trade Communists must realize by now their system is crumbling.
No wonder why George Soros and his other Statist Free Trade Communist buddies had to set up Bretton Woods II

"The Green League is considering filing criminal reports over the use of their party leaders phone number to send bogus text messages calling on electors to vote for the True Finns Helsinki candidate.
Green League Party Secretary Panu Laturi said that several persons reported receiving text messages sent from the Parliamentary mobile phone of Green Chair Anni Sinnemäki. The texts allegedly urge electors to vote for a True Finns candidate for the Helsinki seat.
The message reminded voters that True Finns Party leader Timo Soini was not running for a seat in Helsinki, but that he recommended electors to vote for the True Finns candidate in Helsinki.
Laturi said that the party is working with Parliaments IT support team to find out how the text messages could have been sent from Sinnemäkis phone number. He added that the Greens are considering filing a criminal report. "

With votes counted at 55,9 %, True Finns are in first place in the popular vote, at 19.2% of the total.
Barring some last-minute, Chicago-style surprises from late-reporting precincts, we may just wind up with True Finns being the winners who get to form the coalition, rather than being the ones who all the establishment parties try to exclude.
Some EU heads must be exploding right now.
