My local paper has a woman writing in how unfair it is that her teacher husband got a master’s degree and he’s NOT going to get a raise. Then she complained that the family of 3 will have to pay....$600 per month for health insurance. How awful when a teacher has to face the REALITY of what’s been going on. They should be thankful that they HAVE a job to go to. Talk to someone who has been out of work for a year or more.

All teachers in California should be forced to take a mandatory 10% pay cut immediately, just for starters. If they don’t like it then go find a job in the private sector. Their greed has bankrupted the state. How much of this crap do they think we will put up with.

Unionism is big business in California. And it may soon be the only business in California.

Parents need to play tough. If a teacher removes kids from a classroom to protest this or that, without permission of the parents, the teacher needs to be charged with abduction and child endangerment.
Patriots need to get to work in local politics and elect a constitutional sheriff so they have the legal authority and political muscle to take on these fascist thugs. We’re in a war.

Make Obama smile. Ignore the CA Constitution as he does the US Constitution. Otherwise, follow the lead of your Wisconsin brethren, destroy the civil society, anarchy is your friend . . .

They also planned to work with Ben & Jerry's to create a "labor-union flavored ice cream."

From the article: The union has since shifted its focus to convincing Democrats to raise taxes without approval from voters or Republicans. Although the state constitution requires a two-thirds vote of the legislature to raise taxes, unions have suggested that Democrats should risk litigation and increase taxes without Republican support. The only other options for Democrats are to resume talks with Republicans or to close the budget deficit with spending cuts. Unions don't want to do the former and won't stand for the latter. That means they'll have to convince Mr. Brown that their interests supersede law and democracy ...
... and Governor Moonbeam is just ignorant, corrupt, and Libtard enough it.

We pay about than of that per month for a family of 6...of course, my husband doesn’t have a union sticking up for him, so that might explain the better benefits ;)
