Sometimes texting works when normal cell doesn’t. We learned this during Katrina.
Cell is at least ringing now still not picking up ...most severe damage seems to be south of us...food lion distribution center ...tossed tractor trailers Lowes Home improvement center flatbed ...downtown Raleigh missing roof here and there ...at least 5 touchdowns that we have heard off on local news
