I just don’t see any downside to having these states pass this legislation, but if Obama challenges them in court, he will cause a media problem for himself.

Citing the Nicaraguan that got on the NJ ballot (I believe) and legally challenged by Donofrio is the way to go to point out the cool-headed logic of the bills. bypass the O issue completely.
He has challenged all cases in court so far and nada! His supporters don’t care if he was born on Mars. I’m just praying for a strong republican candidate who can beat him.
