I do not know all details but it was something like this. Relations of US and Libya were very tense in the 1980s.
In 1986 US decided to hold a naval exercise in Libyan territorial waters and clashed with Libyan Navy (Gulf of Sidra incident). 35 Libyan seamen were killed.
After the incident, Daffy asked for all Arabs to attack American interests everywhere.
Soon afterward, a bomb was placed in Berlin discotheque and 80 people were killed.
The perps were one Libyan and Palestinians from Abu Nidal network.
After the fall of Berlin wall and when Stasi files got opened, perps were arrested and put on trial.

It’s very interesting, and I agree Soros is a megalomaniac, but how does he fit in to this?
Soros is basically the guy pulling the strings for the dem party, Bork Obunga etc. and also a major player if not the most major player in the NWO banking nexus including the IMF and BIS and the only person who would plausibly have told those slammite bro-hood losers they needed a central bank before they had a country.
Libya was claiming about a third of the entire Mediterranean Sea as its territorial waters at the time, including most of the coast of Italy. If you want to call that "in Libyan territorial waters," you go right ahead. I choose to disagree with that assessment.
