Didn’t Celente predict exactly that? Although, IIRC, he predicts it for Christmas 2012.

We had some friends over for dinner a few weeks ago and one woman looked at the green salad and remarked:”That is really a luxury, these days, isn’t it?”

I am right now trading starts with a gardener friend and will be potting up some Campari seedlings from saved seed for another friend. Come harvest,assuming it is a good one, I will be packaging some dehydrated tomatoes for gifts. Simple things we have always taken for granted and they are starting to take on deeper value.
