Let’s see here, if you wanted to enroll in a college in Arizona you would need a birth certificate but not if you wanted to run for president.

Well we’ve know for a long time that laws only apply to you and me, people like politicians, judges, prosecutors and the police are clearly above the law.

This is how the two major parties protect their turf. 3rd party candidates are routinely prevented from getting on ballots for any reason the powers that be can find.

Think of it as an agreement between Al Capone and the Purple gang. You stay off my turf and I’ll make sure you know if anyone starts to infringe on yours.
