Thirteen years after Congress overhauled the American welfare system, 57 percent of immigrants with children — those in the country legally or not — use at least one government, welfare program... .

Overall, Texas tied with California and New York for the second highest immigrant welfare rates behind Arizona.
Texas showed 61 percent of households headed by an immigrant utilizing at least one program compared to the 42 percent of Texas natives on welfare.
"This is partly due to the large share of immigrants with low levels of education and their resulting low incomes —
Illegal immigrants with children primarily use food assistance programs and Medicaid, with little or no cash or housing assistance.
"Say the name, (for example) 'Women, Infants and Children food program,' are politicians really going to cut this?" Camarota said.

I might be wrong, but I don’t think legal immigrants can get on welfare programs. I know many say illegals can’t get welfare, but they do, and in large numbers. Most use their children to get on various programs, and then there is absolute fraud as well.
For all of you that say folks on welfare need to take the jobs that illegals have...the illegals are on welfare.

Correct...You'll see more Hispanics take positions in TX, CA, and across the U.S., and they will have hard wired connections right into Mexico.
It's been happening for a long time now. In addition, I personally believe many of those in D.C. are being paid off, one way or another by the cartels.
You know damn well they will eventually take over every level of government, due to endless flood of anchor babies, whether they can afford them or not, then throw in the conga-line of millions that continue to enter, reproducing at record numbers. Those that deny this is happening have not a clue, or are lying.
I estimate during the Bush years, 10,000,000 more illegal aliens entered this country, while he celebrated Cinco De Mayo up in the White House, while calling Americans that had a belly full, "Vigilantes".
It's why Dallas Parkland Hospital and their illegal good friends are churning out nearly 1000 anchor babies per month...Every month. Tax paid meal ticket...The Mexican lottery.
Can you imagine going to the hospital and having them say to legitimate citizens, "No insurance? Too bad, sell your cars and homes and pay up!"

You are right on. I live in L.A. and see out city (and eventually country) taken over by illegals and their children.
No one here cares if they are illegal. No problemo.
They are all very well cared for.
How the heck else are they going to be paying cash for Taj Mahal SUVs, pickups, and luxury autos, fully tricked out with low-rider wheels and neon undercarriage lighting.
Cash income, no taxes, no SS deductions, free medical, free education, subsidized housing, food stamps, etc., etc.
With our money.
They work the system like you wouldn’t believe, without even learning English. Ya see they have plenty of help and assistance through multiple Latino groups, and those within our own government.

Now try to imagine at Dallas's largest hospital, nearly 1000 anchor kids per month are being logged in. At just one single hospital....Now, try to imagine what is occurring *nationwide*.
