One of my sons had to endure her presence in Iraq once. Her behavior was deplorable to say the least.
I remember many years ago the a time the public’s social contempt for congress critters was featured prominently in the news. (Prior to that, dissenting individuals were portrayed as cranks and frankly, the congress critters used seemed to hide their disdain for the ‘little people’ more).
A congressman recounted to reporters, with a stunned look on his face, that shortly after being seated on an aircraft, the person next to him, upon learning that he was a congressman, said “Excuse me, but I don’t want to be seated next to you.” and was moved by the flight attendant to another location. Insulting constituents with regional accents can only enhance the reputation (dig it deeper) of those well deserving leeches.
The Democratic Secretaries of State will allow votes that are questionable to get Democrats in office; e.g. Al Franken winning by the Sevretary of State allowing convicted felons votes to count. It appears that after irregularities like this happen, there is no recourse to correct the errors.
