SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender people would be added to the lengthy list of social and ethnic groups that public schools must include in social studies lessons under a landmark bill passed Thursday by the California Senate.
If the bill is adopted by the state Assembly and signed by Gov. Jerry Brown, California would become the first state to require the teaching of gay history.

It is now time for parents (especially the Latinos, blacks, and conservative white parents) to keep their kids home from school, depriving these districts from funds, until the policy is changed. They can STARVE these schools of revenue, in order to exact a change in policy.
I hope they do it.
Gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender: all sexual perversion, pure and simple. Their behavior is to be condemned, not celebrated.
The history of homosexuality begins in the Book of Genesis. I pray all Christian parents in California demand that the bible be brought back into the classroom so the chidren are taught the proper history.
Social studies? That is the problem. They need to learn history not social studies. You know they wont be teaching the history of homosexual dangerous behavior and the spread of aids (in only certain specific groups) in the 1980s and 1990s. In these books homosexuals will be portrayed as American Indians (OPPS, native Americans) where the white male christian European spread disease to both the Indians and gays to kill them and take their land. The SCOTUS decision 'Lawrence v. Texas (2003)' that made homosexual sodomy a new US constitional right (protected behaviour) without an amendment will be taught to be a great victory for all of us. There is no such similar right to smoke.
Yesterday, I was talking to a recent college graduate (the past year) who works in Maryland and he couldn't tell me what Medicare is, never questioned that big deduction from his paycheck. Forget about communism, didnt know what that was either. I actually took history courses as electives in college and am glad I did.

How can we STARVE these schools of funds? By not paying our property taxes?? That is where the public schools get most of their funding.
The irony is that when we take our kids out of the government schools and put them in private schools the government schools actually have more money to spend while we have less.
In other words; they have more money to indoctrinate the remaining kids and we have less because we are now paying for private schools in addition to paying for the public schools thru taxes.
Another PC indoctrination program certain to further lower test scores in actual educational achievement.
Doubling down on propagation by indoctrination. The population of San Fran is in decline. Is that economic, cultural or is it that gays and lesbians don’t tend to be (as they say in Cape Cod) “breeders”.
America has heroes in it’s history, and they are heroes because of what they did and the values they held dear, that motivated them.

About a hundred years ago, when I was in school, attendence was “taken” at 8:30am sharp.
When you keep your kid at home, the district loses it’s matching money from the state.

PASS THE WORD Obama gave Jennings $410 million for his dirty work in the 2011 federal budget.
The new House majority (which controls all funding) supposedly cutoff all funding for Obama's czars.
Jennings was probably cutoff without a penny---but these people are so devious---he probably has the budget millions stashed away somewhere.
