The beginning of the report is misleading. They didn’t call in a SWAT team just because she refused to give her child medication.

"Maryanne Godboldo is now facing criminal charges including firing a weapon in her house and resisting a police officer."

So there are two versions of how she fired a shot and the strangeness of not charging her with firing at a police officer if she really had.

I think she had every right to use a gun to protect her child,how far would you go to protect your Child? guns are for protection, Right?
