I agree with the author. The chances of the Court hearing this now are very limited. They almost never listen to cases in an expedited manner unless there are some unusual exigent circumstances. A facial challenge to a law that won't be fully enforceable for another 2 years or so - at least with respect to the merits of the challenge - isn't very exigent.

With our nation bankrupt and on the verge of financial disaster... 1.2 trillion dollars in NEW spending, with funding already exceeding 200 billion dollars... they are compelled to hear this case to shutdown this UN-Constitutional spending on a bill that is blatantly UN-Constitutional. They may not hear it... but it will be because of political reasons and NOT legal reasons. They should all be impeached if they refuse to hear this case in a timely fashion... but nothing will happen because we have an all powerful government that has seized all rights and with them our Liberties.

Are you insane? The law is being enacted as we speak affecting the vast majority of people in this country. It the virtual definition of “exigent circumstances”.

I just love lawyer talk. Logic goes out the window most of the time. Get real, this thing is costing us all and needs to be stopped in it’s tracks now.
