It’s the only vote I’ve ever regretted.

I keep hearing “Come join us. Let’s work inside and change things.” How ‘bout the rinos come over to OUR conservative side!

Wrong, it was basically as I said; and, Rush’s explanation of what she said in her speech at Tufts University confirms what I said. If you have Rush 24/7, go listen to it.

I am not saying one way or the other on a third party but every time I hear someone whining about how bad a third party would be I want to pull my hair out! In our system it seems that the party that spawns a third party goes away pretty quickly.

The GOP doesn’t seem viable. Let us just disban the GOP and replace it with one that represents We The People.

“A third party is not the answer”

Gee, do ya think the Whigs might have said that about the upstart Republicans ‘way back when....?

Where are those guys now?

So increase the number of conservatives by throwing out the RINOs in the Primary. I have worked in many campaigns for conservatives. You really get to know who the phonies are when you work alongside people.

We get RINOs because we don’t care enough to get involved. Too many conservatives are spectators, not warriors.

Trump is Perot with a worse haircut. He has a long history of buying political favors for his real estate deals. A sudden conversion to Pro-Life? How transparent can he get?

In fact, I think concentrating on the BC by itself is a trap. So the dims produce a great forgery, and the entire issue goes away.

Obama’s (if that is his real name) entire life history has been PROFESSIONALLY SCRUBBED. That takes a lot of money and planning. To me, the man’s entire life being a lie is the question, not just the BC.

I’m happy Trump is attacking Obie. Now we need to hear hundreds more voices going after all of the lies, corruption, graft, and idiotic policies.

I’ve said the same thing about Trump. He’s saying he’s an expert at forgery. So obama comes up with a forged BC and Trump says “This is legit and I thank the president for putting this issue to bed.”

What I don’t understand is why obama’s complete life is not being questioned by ANYONE, conservative OR rino. As I’ve said before, the “man” sure is pursuasive.

It's not clear to me what data could be put on a forged birth certificate.

Tell me the name of the hospital, and I'll ask that they verify it.
Tell me the name of the physician, and I'll expect that to be verified as well.
Give me the name of the father, and I'll want to know if he was a US citizen.

There are no good answers for Obama. His only hope is exactly the game he's been playing, "Sure, my paperwork is all in order, and No, you can't see it."

That game has been working, but I think it is expiring, and Steve Dunham has no Plan B.

What bothers me about “taking over the repubican party” as opposed to a third party is

1) The rinos KNOW a third party won’t be started. They use the “perot” argument.

and

2) When has the majority of the republican party EVER been conservative? Even the two years the senate was controlled by the GOP when Reagan was president the party was still controlled by rinos.

So, I don’t believe a MAJORITY GOP can ever be taken over by conservatives. It hasn’t happened in my lifetime.

Here’s a link to a foxnews article.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/04/13/pelosi-elections-shouldnt-matter/

Some quotes from the article:

After a few months back in the minority, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi says elections “shouldn’t matter as much as they do.”

That’s what the former House speaker told a Massachusetts crowd Friday in between the raucous budget debate on Capitol Hill. Talking about the importance of shared values, Pelosi seemed to urge Republicans to moderate their views so that the space between the parties is not so vast. Then, she imagined, elections wouldn’t be so determinative.

“To my Republican friends, take back your party, so that it doesn’t matter so much who wins the election because we have shared values about, again, the education of our children, the growth of our economy, how we defend our country,” she said.

My comments: Clearly Pelosi recognizes that there are large differences between the parties. Not at all as you claim.

“HOW dumb can you get? There’s already more than a dozen parties.

Maybe he means “A 13th party is not the answer”

Wake up Rush!”

*******************

And......just how many of those have any power in the form of elected officials? Voting for a third party? Might as well not vote at all. Gives one pause to remember the old saw about cutting off ones nose to spite their face.....

I agree with the idea that, to reform the Republican Party into the Big C Conservative Party we expect it to be, we must work to take over the leadership & elect people of like mind to goverment..... Don’t look now, but isn’t that what Michelle Bachmann, Sarah Palin, and the TEA Party movement are all about?

Hint: The far left radicals from the 50’s and 60’s took over the Democrat party inch by inch from the early 70’s onward....... Don’t misunderstand me, I have no love whatsoever for any Democrat, but you have to admit those red diaper babies grew up and took power on their terms...
The TEA Party movement can do just the same thing in the opposite direction......a large step to the right! Down the Donks!

“When has the majority of the republican party EVER been conservative? “

Not to nitpick but the Republicans are the “conservative Party.” What you and I want is for them to be the “Conservative Party.”

As for the majority of Republicans being Conservatives, it matters not. What matters is that the reins of power within the party and in the seats of government are held by Big C Republicans........All of this is why the TEA Party movement within the Republican Party is so important......Third party the answer?.....NO. Palace revolt? Yep! Long live the Prince!

cutting off your nose to spite your face

That is close, but it doesn't quite capture it. It's cutting off their nose to spite their face.

I cut off their vote to spite their agenda.

I will always vote for the true conservative in any race. Never again will I vote for a moderate or liberal of any party. As an example, I would never vote for Brown of Massachusetts.

That’s not the Limbaugh tape/commentary, so I agree to disagree.
