I think there is a legitimate concern that Presidential candidates meet constitutional requirements. However, I don't believe that this particular argument is going to be convincing to anyone who isn't resolved to vote against the guy already, and is more likely to alienate than attract undecideds. It doesn't do any good to be "right" on this issue if the argument itself is going to damage the ultimate goal of tossing the socialist out on his keister.
