It can’t be that hard to make a fake drivers license. Especially with all the online tools available:

I really wish there was a way to opt out. I don’t like having my drivers license available online.

license listed his height as 54 feet.....that danged Chinese quality control again....)
A friend of mine's state-issued Concealed Carry permit added an extra zero to his weight. He is listed at 2100 pounds. He's not tall but he is wide- he kept it because he thought it was funny!

I doubt these were all destined for the hands of college students wanting an illegal drink.
Surely many were planned for "people doing the work American's won't do," the criminal class, terrorists, anarchists and maybe even a future president.
