This David Zinczenko guy could do some good with food comparisons. Nothing wrong about knowing what the specific health details of the food. But he goes on a moral high ground with it. Oh, the things he says are the “worst” look very tasty.

Zinczenko is an unabashed Obama supporter and regularly gets on his high horse. I was a subscriber to Men’s Health magazine for 10 years and recently let my subscription lapse. I’m tired of reading poorly-penned articles by leftists bitching about how unhealthy this place is or how fattening that food is. They went from having really solid fitness and diet articles to namby-pamby diatribes against States and their waistlines.

I wrote them a letter and simply said, “Keep your California political crap out of this magazine and maybe you won’t continue to hemorrhage readers.”

Incidentally, if anyone has any recommendations on a good fitness magazine that’s NOT run or owned by Rodale, I’m all ears.

I usually look at what he condemns as a suggestion of what to order. When he declared Outback Steakhouse's bacon cheese fries as being practically deadly, my girlfriend and I began ordering them every time we went there. They were delicious!
