Since we agree that setting tax rates at zero or setting tax rates at 100% would both result in no money coming into the treasury, what number between zero and 100% tax rates do you think would result the the maximum money to the treasury?

How come Obama can find $100 Billion in the budget to spend on Libyan Kinetic Military Action, but he can't cut $100 Billion from the budget for deficit reduction?
