What would happen if Trump managed to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama was not eligible to be president?
Granted I'm no constitutional scholar, buts in my layman's reading of the constitution, it seems that the only way to remove a president from office once he was been sworn in is impeachment, there is no mention of what would happen if a president was found not to be qualified after the fact. So assuming that impeachment was the only option, I don't see a chance in heck of getting 19 democrat senators (assuming we could even count on all republicans) to remove him. The liberal dems will drag out there "living constitution" argument, scream racism, and claim the citizenship question is nothing more than a archaic technicality. The best outcome I could see would be Obama barred from running in 2012.
