Natural ones, of course.
Interesting. No one gets it, yet. Some global socialist corporates devised water rights and bought ‘em all up in Bolivia, so that peasants there will always pay for their water, like rent. Those global corporate favored constituents are moving in the direction of culling the human population down to the fittest (fittest in their minds: the effete, women and a few short, effeminate men). They keeping competition down in Bolivia the same way that they do it here: by way of their phony environmentalist laws.
I’m in the middle of nowhere, and there’s no auto salvage yard within 80 miles. During a decreed cleanup effort, all of the scrap steel within a 100 miles went to China. Auto repair garages are only allowed in municipals far from here, where the leases are all owned by one entity and shockingly high (out of reach). ...no manufacturing of any kind allowed, not even one-man operations. There are business-government efforts to imprison a rancher, who lost some cattle during a rare, extreme winter (outlawing small ranching).
Enjoy the world plutocracy while you can, though, middle class zombies. The rolling defaults are about to put it down.
Start reading about the green revolution. Get a clue. Prepare.
I get it...........
He's the enemy of God. He loves mankind.................to death.............
The ACLU, of course...............Animal Civil Liberties Union.............
It and its hosts are already protected.
I just realized, theres really no auto salvage yard within 100 miles of here. Only those few of us, who bother with the complications of building self-sufficiency in energy systems, growing food (for ourselves) and repairing everything (including metal fabrication and cutting) while preparing in advance will stay. All who avoid seeing and thinking will move to the cities soon.
More info for those few who will be left.

It’s fun in the meantime and essential later on. Oh, and another role model for you young folks (see my other links to the rat rods of others).

And no, that’s not me. My rod is a stealthy sleeper—23 mpg, with another, uglier work in patient progress.

The nearest junkyard, er, automobile recycling facility, to us is 30 miles.
We used to have several within 5 or so.
I spoke to a former owner and asked what happened to all of them.
He told me the environmental regulations essentially made it impossible to operate and make a profit.
Add to this the fact that many such places are now owned and operated by national chains like Greenleaf, and others are owned by the insurance companies consortiums, and deal only with insurance companies, not the public.....
Thanks for the info. I’ll use the keywords to read more. After transportation, food and heating fuel go up more, most of the people around here (older folks—all over 1 1/2 miles from here) will leave for the suburbs. I teach a few young men, who actually want to listen and do tech projects.
Obama’s UN ambassador, Susan Rice, will probably cheer this insanity on.
