I have some great recipes for matzah if you are allowed to get it slightly wet during the week... Also the whole wheat kind is slightly better for the digestion...
Ah, we don’t keep ‘g’bracht’ during the first 7 days of Pesach.
However, on Aharon shel Pesach we do. I would love to have those recipes for then :)
