Barack Obama: First President to Openly Support a Hate Group

Obama's appearance at Al Sharpton's anti-Semitic and racist National Action Network is entirely consistent with the racist content of Dreams from My Father and his membership in a racist church.

Previous American Presidents have expressed racist viewpoints, generally in eras in which such viewpoints were socially acceptable. Woodrow Wilson, for example, said that Negroes should not apply to Princeton College (of which he was once President) and his A History of the American People (1901) justified the creation of the Ku Klux Klan as a "reaction" to Reconstruction. Wilson never, however, actually appeared at a Ku Klux Klan meeting. Barack Obama may well be the first occupant of the White House to actually lend the prestige of the Presidency to a proven racist and anti-Semitic hate organization. This is consistent with the racist content of Dreams from my Father and his long membership in an openly racist church.

There is very strong evidence in Barack Obama's Dreams From My Father that he held racist views during his college years. Note here that his only problem with Black Nationalism is a question as to its effectiveness.

Many of these quotes are urban legends. Here are the actual ones, with page numbers.

I would occasionally pick up the paper [Louis Farrakhan’s “The Final Call”] from these unfailingly polite men, in part out of sympathy to their heavy suits in the summer, their thin coats in winter; or sometimes because my attention was caught by the sensational, tabloid-style headlines (CAUCASIAN WOMAN ADMITS: WHITES ARE THE DEVIL). Inside the front cover, one found reprints of the minister’s [Farrakhan’s] speeches, as well as stories that could have been picked straight off the AP news wire were it not for certain editorial embelleshments (”Jewish Senator Metzenbaum announced today…”). It would not surprise me if the Obama campaign itself circulated the fake ones as “gray propaganda.” The basic principle is that, if you are guilty of something, it is often effective to have accusations made against you of something very similar of which you can be proven innocent. Then the principle “falsus in unum, falsus in omnibus” (false in one thing, false in all) causes people to disbelieve the accusations of which you are actually guilty.

It would therefore make sense for Obama himself to propagate outlandish “quotes” from his books that nobody can seem to find, thus causing people to discount the ones for which page numbers can be cited as I had done. If you CAN provide page numbers, though, it is possible that I missed something (I paged through both of Barry’s books, although I did not read every word) and I will add the quotes to my list of verifiable ones.

In addition, when I posted the indicated quotes at my.barackobama.com, my account was terminated quickly—although Emily (the moderator responsible) did not think even a single move ahead, because this kind of editorial control made the Obama campaign responsible for the anti-Semitic and other hate speech it failed to censor similarly. That’s what almost did in MoveOn.org in 2006 and might have finished MoveOn entirely had the National “Jewish” “Democratic” Council and ADL not used their nominally Jewish identities to whitewash MoveOn.org. Emily also sent another user a letter that gave the Obama campaign’s official sanction to the phrase “Israel Lobby,” and the user posted it on the site—I managed to get a screenshot before it went under the bus.

In any event, Obama’s people hit the roof when I posted the verifiable quotes shown above with page numbers. I still have both books so, if you or anybody else here DOES have page numbers for any of the other items, please post them. The “stand with the Muslims” one IS accurate but out of context. Here is the complete quote: “Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

I agree with this; the Left’s saint and hero Franklin Roosevelt put Japanese-American citizens into concentration camps (and sent Jews back to Nazi Germany), and Obama says we must not do the same with Muslim-Americans who have nothing to do with terrorism.
