AUSTIN, Texas (AP) The Texas Senate abruptly cut off debate Thursday as support weakened for a GOP-backed measure that would allow concealed handguns in college classrooms, but the bill's sponsor expressed confidence he could round up the necessary votes by early next week.

Is this bill connected with one that would allow CHLs to bring weapons onto private property (parking lots) even if the employer has posted against it?

That part is supposed to scare the hoplophobes into peeing their panties, but all it does is point out the glaring truth: concealed handguns are EVERYWHERE.

Hoplophobes at my church are sitting next to a gun (mine)! EEK! Hoplophobes at the grocery store: there's a concealed handgun in the frozen foods (mine again)! Hoplophobes at Whole Foods -- nah, I don't shop there, but I bet some CHL person does. You get my point.

WE ARE EVERYWHERE.
