A late birth registration will result in a “date accepted” COLB because the HI DoH Registrar is “accepting” the evidence provided by the filer(s).
Obama has a “date filed” COLB which means the HI DoH Registrar was ordered by a HI Family Court Judge to create the birth registration after the Court reviewed the evidence of presented by the petitioners.
Obama’s COLB was created after a Court Order in late 1971 or early 1972. The HI DoH Registrar was merely following Court Orders and was not reviewing or interpreting evidence of a birth. Of course, the evidence and court record for establishing the birth of Barack Hussein Obama II on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI are sealed to protect the innocent.
