I don’t agree. I find Sabato’s commentary to be leaning slightly to the right but quite balanced in general. His main job is picking winners and losers in elections and he is quite expert at that.
There is one other thing that Trump has done in past elections...he gives to both political party sides almost equally, which is what most do who live in that tax area with lots of financial security at their fingertips. That could be why those who doubt him do so. Trump doesn’t care what the MSM throws at him, and he defends his love of God and country with the Constitution in his corner. What you have quoted sounds good to me and lets hope Trump keeps up his search of information on this fraud living in OUR White House.

That would be today. But this is only an application with the FEC. He would not yet be a candidate in any particular state.
The different states each have their own procedures for putting a candidate on the ballot.

Once Obama is on the ballot of just one state, then his elligibility can be challenged by another candidate on the ballot of that same state.
A late birth registration will result in a “date accepted” COLB because the HI DoH Registrar is “accepting” the evidence provided by the filer(s).
Obama has a “date filed” COLB which means the HI DoH Registrar was ordered by a HI Family Court Judge to create the birth registration after the Court reviewed the evidence of presented by the petitioners.
Obama’s COLB was created after a Court Order in late 1971 or early 1972. The HI DoH Registrar was merely following Court Orders and was not reviewing or interpreting evidence of a birth. Of course, the evidence and court record for establishing the birth of Barack Hussein Obama II on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI are sealed to protect the innocent.
