I think it’s actually his college years.
Either:
A - he was adopted by his stepfather and thus is an Indonesian citizen, and said so on his college apps. In this case, he’s ineligible for the Presidency.
B - he was NOT adopted, but, instead, lied and told his college he was an Indonesian citizen, even though he wasn’t. In this case, he may be a citizen of the US, but a lying citizen who committed major fraud when he enrolled in college.

I say A. HIs mother had Barry’s name on a document (possibly college) listed as a single name “Soebarqa” or something like that. This suggests he was adopted by his stepfather and given a traditional Indonesian name - a single name formed from his first and last names, commonly done in Indonesia. There’s no record that he ever legally changed his name back to BHO. The Hillbuzz website discussed this at length. If this is the case, it would mean that no one is named BHO now, so President BHO doesn’t exist.
B. won’t see him removed from office nor make his re-election unlikely.
