I wonder if cave men had some paleolithic equivalent of the Bravo Network?

How do they not know it was done on purpose to disrespect the "guy" they found buried ?
Last thing I want is to be buried in my wife best dress.

That claim stems from the fact the 5,000-year old skeleton was buried in a manner reserved for women in the Corded Ware culture: its head was pointed east rather than west, and its remains were surrounded by domestic jugs rather than by hammers, flint knives and weapons that typically accompany male remains. Maybe he was the tribes cook. Instead of sending him to the happy hunting grounds they sent him to the happy cooking kitchen.

I would have expected better interior decoration than the image shows.

All people-related “sciences” are such bull. sociology, psychology, anthropology - they invent ideas based on the most tenuous of premises, then build even more shaky concepts on those ideas. It’s a house of cards.
If real scientists and engineers made the kind of wild assumptions they do, we would still be in the dark ages.

“Hey, Oog.”
“Yeah, Ug?”
“Listen, I’ve got an idea. Tonight, after the funeral, let’s go in there and turn Ag around so his head’s facing the wrong way. Then we take his flint axe and I put this jug by his head.”
“Why would you do that?”
“It’s perfect. Somebody five thousand years from now is gonna dig this up and think Ag was a poofter.”
“Ooooh, yeah, that’ll get him back for stealing your wife. Let’s do it!”

Most people aren’t aware that in North America there were gay Indians. They weren’t persecuted (in fact, they were looked upon with something akin to superstitious awe) but they were given no honor as men. Their roles included looking after the women while the real men were out hunting and fighting.
