come to the US legally and this would not be a problem
I came to this country with my parents legally as a child...My parents had to have strict background checks, medically screened, etc. Moreover, there had to be a “sponsor”, an American citizen who would provide for you for housing, finances, etc until you got a job or place to live. If you got sick or had financial problems, the sponsor was responsible.
We were called the slang”DP’s”! (displaced persons) and we tried to learn english as fast as we could..My family became naturalized citizens and to their dying days, my parents said and deeply felt “This is the best country on earth!!”
I can tell off any illegal immigrant...Let them say soemthing to me, I literally came off the boat!

How many kids have to suffer when daddy, the undoucmented pharmacist, gets sent to prison? Shall we give a pass to all drug dealers with children for that reason?
