12 hours straight takes cooperation from my bladder and my 16 year old Pug. One or the other usually awakens me midway through but I fall immediately back to sleep.

I’m addicted to my Ci-Pap machine and mask but I still don’t get enough sleep because of that bladder thingy

I hear you on that *B thingee*. I have to have my sleep or I’m tired all the time. I do not like the early morning uness it’s 1:00AM - 4:00AM when I’m still awake____LOL.

IOW, I do not like to get up early! I like to get up at 11;00AM WHEN RUSH COMES ON HERE.

I normally am good with 4 or 5 hours of sleep a day. Have absolutely no circadian rhythm and since I'm retired it make no difference when I get the 4 or 5 hours.
When it gets out of hand I get back on the Melatonin.

It’s way past my bedtime tonight. No 12 hours for me. Tomorrow is Sunday but I cannot go to Church because I can’t walk today and can barely stand up. It’s the damn scoliosis acting up. I must have bent over wrong or whatever.

Well I’m certainly Blessed to have met and married her back in the day. I only have 2 true Friends and we have been married 157 years between the 3 of us (I guess that’s between the 6 of us?)
