I disagree- he’s been right time after time. He was the first one to call out Eric Cantor and the leadership for lollygagging on the budget issues when nobody else was talking about it, and I believe time will show he’s way ahead of the curve on this vote.
West, like many freshman congressmen (even Obama from what I've heard) believed that they were sent to DC to do the work of the people. The DC Establishment could give a damn about the people; it's all about them and their power, and the games they play. Short of a real war on US soil, I don't know what it will take to break the DC mindset. A president Palin could do it,
IF she has enough new congress people in her first term to capture both of the Houses.
