One typo: The Democrats had to agree to NO FEDERALLY FUNDED ABORTIONS in Washington, DC.

Additionally, the deal lays the ground work for Ryan's FY2012 plan and beyond...

In my opinion, Bohner claimed he got the best deal he could.

The 0 man (0bama) would have made it such that the military would have been unpaid during a shutdown.

The 0 man is that big of an @$$hol3 (begins with the letter a and ends in the letter e) to make those dying for our country suffer!!! As idiot-in-chief, the zero man can prove how cruel he can be to the US Military.

Let us not forget this come election time!

Come election time the GOP has to run on a record of ADDING 0ne trillion to the debt in 2011, another trillion PLUS in 2012, and another trillion in 2013.

They should have called him on this. I understand it's playing chicken with the troops, but the GOP should have pounded on this issue.

Hussein wants to cut military pay while he's sending the troops on his Libyan adventure!

or something like

"Soetoro is putting free abortions ahead of the troops"

We all know that if the roles were reversed the libs along with the MSM would be shouting this from the rooftops.

While there at it, the GOP should be stressing Zer0's connections over the years with Kadaffy, the same way we heard about Bush going to Iraq for "Haliberton"

Also, it was reported that Reid agreed to a vote on funding PP as a stand alone bill, so that fight is not over yet. There is also an agreement to allow an up or down vote on repealing ObamaCare. With a very heated election season just around the corner there will be more than a couple of Dems who are very worried about their election chances that will be forced into taking a public stand one way or the other. That will help the GOP in the next election. In the face of Obama/Reid, I think Mr Speaker did ok.

Bohner claimed he got the best deal he could

This statement from Bohner ranks right up there with "You have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency".

Anyone remember who uttered those words and in so doing, proclaimed his race utterly done?

“As idiot-in-chief, the zero man can prove how cruel he can be to the US Military.”

He knew that holding our military personnel and their families hostage would increase his chances of getting government funded abortions, and other pet projects, passed. Using our military as pawns is totally despicable. I didn't think I could hate him more than I did, but he proved me wrong.

I still don’t understand how they can stop the soldiers’ salary yet keep the lights turned on in the barracks, keep the chow hall open, fly the airplanes, provide ammo, float the ships, etc. This was simply a threat to turn the people against the republicans. And it worked because not one republican pointed out what I wrote at the beginning of this paragraph.

I heard that too. I wonder how many in the military know that he used them as a bargaining chip?
