Last I saw we won in WI......... We don’t have the senate or the WH, this was a huge win given we are only one spoke in the wheel. They will have to vote on what they agree to vote on, remember we have another battle coming up very fast... the debt ceiling. Ya’ll have to look at this as moving the line forward, sometimes it will be inches, sometimes more...
I am 57 years old. I've been a politics/news junkie since before I graduated high school in '76.
I've NEVER seen it be "more"
Besides, I think all of this talk about cutting budget is nothing but a lot of hooey. What the govt giveth with one hand, it taketh back with the other.
These aren't even cuts. They're "almost" reductions. But even it it were, whats ultimately going to happen? It's going to disappear back into Treasury's maw and just be regurgitated somewhere else.
At a penny on the dollar. I don't believe that EITHER party has ANY intention of cutting anything, EVER.

I agree with the ‘We won’s This is a step way up from the
usual Republican capitulation. Imagine Trent Lott fighting this battle for you.
However much progress this represents, our progress from here depends a lot on appreciation.
If those who don’t appreciate what we accomplished here show nothing but criticism then Boehner might just decide not to bother so much. But if we join together to encourage this progress we might just get a lot done over time.
