Webb is still active, but the old fire is long gone. Once Cynthia (or Cindy or Sylvia or whatever-the-hell her name was) dumped him and he fell into the arms of that teenage girl, the fire went out.
They married, had a good sized family, divorced, and Webb wrote songs all through this period, but they didn't have the commercial flair of his earlier work.
