When this issue with obama first started I thought it was jsut about obama not wanting anyone to access his original birth certificate because of Article 2 , but that no longer seems valid. I’m sure that he could have a case concerning the meaning of Natural born tied up in court long after he’s gone. I now believe that the only thing that make sense is that he does not have a valid Hawaiian birth certificate( long form), which means he WAS NOT born in Hawaii. IF it could be proven that he was born overseas it would end his presidency at once. This is something that he would have no defense against in court.
Without question, there is something about his long-form that he doesn't want the public to see. What it might be, I don't know. But we are right to be suspicious. Especially, given the state of Hawaii's birth records at the time. It's really not implausible that he was born in another country.
In my estimation, either opening up his long-form to inspection -- or somehow providing convincing evidence that he was born overseas -- is a more productive line of investigation than puruing the NBC argument.
