Indonesia did not provide for dual citizenship so Hussein would have had to go through IMMIGRATION upon return to the US thus considered a NATURALIZED citizen. He would no longer be considered natural born.

Natural Born Citizen is a child born to TWO American citizen parents! Not just born on American soil. Otherwise, all children born of foreign diplomats here would be NBCs. Obama never was a NBC.

At the time, U.S. citizenship law did not recognize either dual citizenship or loss of citizenship if one was actually born in-country.

Indonesia may have considered him a citizen, but he had not lost his birthright under U.S. law.

Not true its almost impossible for a minor child to lose American citizenship. There are court cases that validate this. Now the question is what passport did Zero use to travel to Pakistan in 1981 (I think I remember the year right!). There was a State Department Travel Warning out regarding travel to Pakistan, now that doesn't make travel there impossible on an American passport but it makes it difficult particularly for a broke college student. Now if he traveled on an Indonesian passport then a case can be made he at the age of majority chose Indonesian citizenship. Of course if he was already here as an Indonesian citizen going to school then more grist for the eligibility mill.

Yeah Yeah yeah...however, Obama has been using an alias and wrote books promoting his Kenyan heritage. So at minimum he is guilty of of defrauding purchasers of his books and donors providing campaign contributions to him.
