Yes. They designed those things so that they might claim to have that power under color of law, without admitting as much.
They naturally have no such right, nor the right to compel others to fund the death of innocents, while falsely characterizing it as "health care". Wars have been fought over lesser issues.
One could say Obama, Pelosi, Reid et al. designed and passed Holocaust II into law rather than do it the old-fashioned dictator’s way. Anyone wonder what their criteria will be for denying someone health care? Could it be their politics, their activism, their religion, their military status, their ethnic background, member of The Tea Party?
