Do you have or know someone who was quick enough at the time to do a screen capture of the minutes? I had the actual parliament site bookmarked and remember it had a red border but then, like everything, it got scrubbed. That page was where I got my tagline.
Scrubbed is right. I can’t find them after going through 5 thumb drives. I’m about to pull a harddrive out of dead laptop to check for Obama related files.
