I was so furious at rush yesterday over this I turned him off...didn’t turn him on today either. That should teach him. When will Rush learn he needs to kowtow to EVERY listener's demands?

There is a certain truth in all of this for our side. It is hard to make a case for the Constitution when you ignore the most obvious and maybe the most serious breach of the Constitution to go unchallenged for any reason whatsoever.
