Calls to de-fund and efforts to defend Planned Parenthood have reached a fever pitch in light of the potential shutdown on Capitol Hill, with Democrats pointing to Republicans’ unwillingness to drop Planned Parenthood cuts as the reason for an imminent government shutdown.
“Republicans want to shut down our nation’s government because they want to make it harder for women to get the health services they need,” Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said on the floor Friday. “This is indefensible and everyone should be outraged — men and women should be outraged.”
Both sides have gone to the mat over the issue, with pro-lifers arguing that Planned Parenthood is an abortion factory and pro-choicers pointing to the health-care aspects of Planned Parenthood’s mission.

If I was a GOP Senator or Representative I would be out there telling everyone that ever freaking dime/nickel/penny cut from planned parenthood was transfered to woman’s health.

Not sure if its the abortion lobby or the left seeing all its work or the past half century coming undone. Unions,ACORN,now PPP and soon NPR. There’s plenty more work to be done although i think the one area that will take generations to overcome is all the liberal teachers infesting our system. The second most difficult would be judges of the same idiotic persuasion.

There is no issue with a woman’s health if she keeps her legs together.
I certainly did not encourage any woman to have sex & not be married.
I certainly did not encourage any woman to have sex without birth control or a condom.
I certainly did not get the woman pregnant.
Nor did I at any time encourage any man to impregnate any woman.
WHY should my tax money be used by this irreaponsible person for the consequences of HER actions???
Forcing taxpayers to pay for such items is just exactly why the Democrats have driven the budget of this country over a cliff.

Abortion is an act of violence perpetrated by medical personnel. It is no more a health service than is embezzlement by a bank executive a financial transaction.
