During an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller on Thursday, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said businessman and potential 2012 GOP primary candidate Donald Trump deserves to be taken seriously as a legitimate candidate, noting that Donald Trump comes to the race with some notoriety people know who he is.
But when it came to Trumps questioning whether or not President Obama was born in the U.S., Rubio said: I would suggest if he asked for my opinion not to focus so much on that issue. There are more important things facing our country. I believe Barack Obama was born in the United States of America
So why are we talking about this?

“conservatives” don’t have a problem with the BC being sought, but “Republicans” do.
See, its their MO to play nice, and get along. I mean, bringing up the BC is soooo.... you know “new money”. I mean, deals are made, and one should not upset the system. There is a hierarchy on how things work, and if you want to run for office, then you better put in your time at the country club and wait your turn.
Republicans don’t like upstarts. They don’t want anyone rocking the boat. They will scream and yell that this issue will cause them to lose elections. Guess what? I don’t care about Republican elections. I don’t care about the short term battles, I don’t care if we lose them, I want to win the WAR, which is why I wouldn’t support McCain.
I want to bring all these shenanigans to the front burner, so everyone can see them. If the Georgetown types like Rove don’t like that then tough luck for them. They don’t like it because they no longer control the dialogue.
It is like some mysterious pandoras box that no one will tell us what’s inside, all they keep saying is “don’t go there!, it will DOOOOM US!” Well, I want the box opened, and let the chips fall where they may.
It may mean civil war, if this joker was found to be in-eligible, it may mean riots and the burning of cities, I don’t care. If we don’t have integrity and honesty to stand on, then we have nothing, and if that’s the case, then country is already lost. If we cannot handle the truth, if we as citizens are not allowed to be privy to the activities and monkey shines that are done in back rooms, then the republic is already lost.
It’s near the end, and I am not gonna roll over, play nice and worry about my healthy diet as Michelle would want. Sorry, the pitchforks are sharpened, and the torches have fresh pitch on them.
Rubio looked into the mirror and asked the question “What if”.
Watch the video, it goes fast, and you will see how Trump presents himself. One thing for sure, the enemedia whores will not get the best of him!

Nothing complicated about it. It's called Cowardice.
Rubio isnt eligible to be President, either.
Is he thinking about running himself in the future & he wants to door open for himself???
...ding, ding, ding, ... we have a WINNER!! Marco”who cares about that ol’ Constitution” Rubio has big plans for his future and doesn’t want them derailed by details...
ymmv
Rubio is a La Raza hack. It’s likely that he is not even a natural born Citizen if his foreigner parents did not become naturalized before his birth here in the USA.
That Rush, Hannity, Beck and other heavyweights kept the issue of Obama's citizenship at arms length or even mocked those who raised the issue is deplorable and could weaken their influence in the future. I've always said that Obama could be a non-citizen and that the carefully-guarded secrecy regarding all of his school and other records was suspicious. But without real proof, the issue might never be laid to rest, unless it came out decades later, as some presidential secrets do i.e. Woodrow Wilson's stroke in 1919 or FDR's paralysis. Now, it appears as if the long-held secret of Obama's actual place of birth may finally be exposed, thanks to celebrity-seeking billionaire, Donald Trump. Who knew?
So I guess Rubio isn’t looking for the VP slot if Trump gets the nomination?
I like Rubio, but we don’t need another candidate who has 1.5 years Senate experience. Rubio knows that. I think Rubio will do well in another 6 or 10 years when he has some solid experience under his belt. No more amateurs.
bttt
Marco why don’t you join the Tea Party Caucus, get some street creds and then maybe you can give The Donald advice.
So why are we talking about this?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
They still don’t get it. So once again, this time for our good friend Senator Rubio, here is the reason we are talking about it:
OUTING THE FAKE OBAMA WILL HAVE HUGE RAMIFICATIONS IN THE 2012 ELECTION AT EVERY LEVEL. IT IS NOT A DIVERSION. IT HAS THE LIBS IN ABSOLUTE PANIC. IT IS AN HISTORICAL OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE BACK THIS COUNTRY IN 2012.
So any Rubio lurkers should do the right thing and pass this message on to your boss.
Rubino doesn’t believe in due diligence? He’s toast!
Rubio is indigenous to Cuba not the United States..the same as Obama...with Kenya. Both should return to their Kindred blood..
I so agree.
“Suzys advice to Rubio: Shut up. Just shut up.”
hehe. Nothing I need to add.
Rubio so do you have selfish interests to run for president? Do you think you are or not Constitutionally eligible to be president? Do you agree with the true meaning of natural born citizen? If so, why the big whine production Rubio?
r9etb is an after-Birther.
I've come to believe that the natural born Citizen requirement in the constitution fully explains the strange reticence of the establishment Republicans to confront Obama on the eligibility issue. It seems that Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal,, and Nikki Haley were all born to immigrant parents who may not have been citizens at the time of the birth of their children. I guess the elites think the leftists won't raise the issue on our guys if we ignore it about Obama.

If we established an organization to promote that agenda, do you think there would be any members besides thee and me?
