Actually, it is the same and YOU know it. I suspect that, on average, heterosexuals are biased towards heterosexuals; Jews are biased towards Jews; Christians are biased in favor of Christians; fat people are biased in favor of fat people; dog lovers love dog lovers; Dems are biased towards liberals; Conservatives are biased against libs; and the list goes on and on.
Many years ago, I was a law clerk for a judge on the Federal District Court. One of his favorite sayings was, "We didn't get here on the subway," meaning that people don't just show up at the Federal Courthouse and apply for a job; rather, they are selected precisely because of their biases.
