Nonsense. We the People can certainly decide, if we choose, what to do with an employee who falsified their credentials.
The citizenship issue is a diverson,,,his father was a British subject,,,he has used more than one S.S. number,,,he went to Pakistan using what pasport? Desn’t matter which of the 57 states he was ‘’born’’ in,,,he is a fraud. All the people who should be calling him on this have know all along and are aiding and abeting the crime.

Additionally, it would damage the (D) brand (at least with the "independents") for a LONG time to come. There is SO much to be gained, both Constitutionally AND politically, when it comes out that the (D)'s nominated an ineligible candidate who was pushed by Soros and other anti American sovereignty types.
An illegal POTUS is a big deal.
And you say that based on what? The only way to unseat a sitting president I know of is impeachment and conviction.
Even if you produce absolute proof congress won't move on it unless there is widespread political impetus coming from the voters. Producing the proof will not necessarily sway enough people.
Doesn’t work that way. Even if he were to be found ineligible (which a wild goose chase) he was still certified by congress. What would happen is that he would be impeached and removed from office. At that point he most likely face criminal charges for half a dozen forms of fraud, but no, nothing would be automatically reversed. He still will have been the President of the United States of America from January 2009 until removal, fraud or no fraud. That’s what Rush is trying to point out.
