Some years ago France rescued American missionaries from the Ivory Coast.
Seems turmoil is a constant in the area.
Wonder what the Japanese guy did to get posted to Ivory Coast? Must have been bad.
still might be safer there than in Japan, though.
Yeah, maybe for now, but things will get better in Japan, they will not in Ivory Coast.
You are absolutely right.
Gbagbo is no George Washington, but at least he is legitimate. Ouattara is a Muslim immigrant who was “elected” by the votes of other Muslim immigrants.
Imagine if millions of Mexicans illegally poured into our country and voted for a Mexican president - and they were all Muslim, too.
Sounds like you know more about it than I do. All I know is Ouattara & followers are muslim, his people slaughtered 1000 Christians last week, and the leftist media are cheering Ouattara, and not reporting the Christians slaughtered even though it makes what Gadaffi did seem like peanuts.
That’s all I need to know.
You are exactly right. Muslim immigrants from Mali and Burkina Faso elected their guy. Both sides have blood on their hands, but Muslims are slaughtering Christians now to take power, and Obama, the French and U.N. are siding with the Muslims.

If “we the people” will stand up for every other two bit muslum country in the world and won’t stand up for our own then we deserve whatever happens.
