In a month or so I’m going to have to go across the border and buy some meds. Man, I’m gettin’ nervous. At most border towns you can see old folks bring meds back across all day long seven days a week. Does anyone know if Americans in South Texas are still doing that on a daily basis?

Things are very bad along the Texas border.
Murders in towns on the Mexican side are increasing daily.
I wouldn’t go to any of them.

My granddad was the section forman on the SP in a place called Columbus, NM. The town across the border is Palomas. I’d be very surprised if there’s any problem there. It’s all very sleepy. I haven’t been for a few years but we went down a bought some allergy drugs a few years ago for our daughter. What’s amazing is the stuff is over the counter here now. Why wasn’t it then?
