What am I wrong about? It looks like our Congress has installed weak leadership. We elected these folks with a clearly defined objective: kill the (health-care) bill, and balance the budget. To their credit, they took a swipe at the 1099 requirement. If they lack the fiscal discipline to finish the FY 2011 budget, why on earth should we trust them to handle FY 2012?
